I’m on vacation from Canada where I’m a member of an F45 gym. I thought nothing would ever compare to my gym and my coaches back home, but after visiting and doing a full week at F45 North Weston I have to say they definitely surpassed my expectations. I went on vacation to Florida and because I was so focused on continuing to workout and also inspired by the commitment I saw in my sister and brother-in-law to attend daily to F45 North Weston, I decided to enroll for 1 week. What an amazing week! By far the best environment I have experienced in a gym. The owners are always present, the coaches are awesome… super nice, funny and very professional. They sure know how to make you feel at home. The 45 minute class goes by quickly and I love that it gave me a constant challenge. Back home, I usually do boxing 3 times a week. Upon returning home, my boxing coach asked me in shock what I did or take that had increased my performance and agility so much. I definitely wish to be able to return to F45 North Weston soon!

Love coming here. Trainers are friendly and always make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly so you don’t get injured. Much stronger than when I started. Music is always on point. Is this a party ? Or a workout? I’m in either way.

I was back home visiting for a month and wanted to find a gym that would allow me to continue my fitness journey so I joined F45 & they more than exceeded my expectations! The workouts are amazing perfect for all levels and the coaches are so motivating, always making sure you have proper form as well. They exceeded my expectations 100%. The workouts are incredible, perfect for all levels, the trainers are super motivating, and they are always aware of your form so you don’t get hurt. Let me start off by saying if you’re like me and you don’t enjoy going to the gym because you get easily bored, F45 will be a game changer for you. I found myself very unmotivated for a while, and I really wanted to improve my lifestyle specially, now that I am in the military, and I get tested frequently for my physique and endurance. In just four weeks of coming to this place constantly, I saw drastic improvement, not just physically, but mentally. Something as simple as making my bed every day is something that I started doing ever since I began this journey. I am so grateful for the trainers in F45, because they were very patient and guided me on every step of the way to be able to do the exercises right and motivated me to keep coming to work out every single day. Today I can say that I feel not just stronger, but highly motivated to be a better version of myself every day. I can’t recommend them enough, it is a different experience that is worth a try!!!
