I absolutely love F45! The workouts are amazing and are constantly changing. I especially love the hybrid classes (and the hour-long Saturday classes!). The classes are easily modifiable, and the coaches are great about suggesting alternative exercises to meet your fitness level or to challenge you a little bit more. This location also has AMAZING coaches! They are really motivating and supportive. I always appreciate the encouragement as well as the form checks (and the extra push to go up in weights or to hit a few extra reps!). The community here is great, as well. So much positivity! Even though I just started F45 classes around 2 months ago, I am already seeing positive results – not only am I getting stronger, but my overall well-being has improved as well!
